Shipping Policy

Before you place an order, we would like you to read at item's decription and consider that measurements of the item you would like to buy. 


We're quick. Really quick. And cheap. Really cheap. How cheap? Well, for UK Mainland customers delivery is free.


Our website is directly linked to our stockroom so if we can't physically pick it up and hold it, it doesn't appear on our site.

If you order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) your order will usually be dispatched the same day. Order after 3pm and your order will be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don't forget Bank Holidays aren't working days - even for us!) We use Royal Mail (Signed for) delivery so your order is trackable.


UK Standard Delivery - FREE Normally 2-3 days

UK Express Delivery - £1.99 Normally 1-2 days 

EU Countries - £9.99 Normally 8-10 working days (Please do contact us if you would like to receive your order quicker.)

USA / Canada - £16.99 Normally 10-12 working days

Rest of the World - £14.99 Normally 10-15 working days

Orders will be sent by registered post and someone will need to be in to sign for the parcel as proof of receipt. If no-one's in, you'll receive a card letting you know where you can collect your items (Normally the local sorting office or depot). There'll also be a phone number you can call to re-arrange delivery.

If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery within a week, then the package will be returned to us. If you then require the package to be re-posted you will be charged postage at cost. (Please note it can take up to 28 days for the package to be returned to us so, all in all, it's a complete pain all-round if you're not in or you don't pick your stuff up within a week. So keep an eye out, yeah?).

We strive to meet your full expectations, not only by providing you with high quality original products but also by providing an excellent service. We realise that making a selection online is not always easy and so, if after placing your order, you change your mind and need to cancel or return it back to us for any reason, we will make sure the process is as simple and efficient as possible for you.
If you would like to return your order back to us, please e-mail us at to advise us of the wish to return your purchased goods and let us know of any problems or feedback you may have. We can then agree either a refund or an exchange.

We kindly ask you to follow the below steps when returning your goods:

  • Please do not remove any labels from the item
  • Pease return all original packaging
  • Please make sure your goods are sealed securely to keep them safe
  • Please ensure you have a proof of delivery and that you keep it safe, just in case your parcel doesn’t arrive for any unforeseen reason

Upon receipt we will refund the price of your order plus the original postage charge to your original card details or exchange it for another product as per your instructions made via an e-mail.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage. This returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
